OJRS offers an online jewelry repair service, allowing customers to send in their jewelry for assessment, repair, and return. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning, resizing, fixing, and replacing parts.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our service. By submitting a repair request, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the jewelry or have authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Submission and Assessment Process
- **Initial Submission**: Customers submit repair requests through our website, including descriptions and images of the jewelry.
- **Assessment**: Upon receiving your jewelry, we will inspect the items and provide a repair estimate.
- **Approval and Payment**: After reviewing the estimate, you must approve and complete payment before we begin any repair work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for repairs must be made in full upon approval of the repair estimate. We accept Credit cards, Paypals. Once payment is received, repairs will commence. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All payments are finaled, we do not offer refund for jewelry repair services.
5. Shipping and Liability
- **Shipping to Us**: Customers are responsible for securely packaging their items and shipping them to us using a trusted courier. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping options.
- **Return Shipping**: After repairs are completed, we will return your jewelry using a secure, insured shipping method. Shipping fees may apply and will be disclosed in the estimate.
- **Liability**: OJRS is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed during transit to our facility. We are responsible for items only after they arrive at our facility.
6. Repair Timeframes
Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the work. Estimated completion times will be provided during the assessment. We strive to complete any standard repairs in 10 business days but do not guarantee specific deadlines.
7. Warranty on Repairs
We offer a period,90-day warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship directly related to the repair. The warranty does not cover issues due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or future damage unrelated to the initial repair.

By submitting your jewelry for repair, you agree to:
